I purchased two of these and the food did not stay hot. Maybe because as you cook, you add to the server your cooked ingredients and it cools down each time you lift the lid? Anyway, I heated first with hot water the next time I used it and the food stayed hot. Great size though.

I ordered an oval thermoserver to help keep food warm for an hour or two. The lid doesn’t not sit flush so by the time I served the food it was freezing.

I had primed the thermoserver and have always hand washed the lid.

Very disappointed for the price point.

Just what I needed, to keep items warm while making other items for dinner, very happy with purchase.
