Drive Shaft was not in box
When I unpacked my Thermomix cutter, it was missing the drive shaft. I reported this to Thermomix several days ago but have had no follow up. The cutter is useless without the drive shaft so I have been unable to try my new cutter attachment out.

Our customer service team have been in contact with you regarding the missing shaft and created a replacement order for you. The shaft is on back order as we are waiting for some stock to arrive. As soon as they are back in stock one will be dispatched out to you, and you can start using the Cutter. We thank you for your patience.
