What do I need to get started?
We’re here to make sure you have everything you need to kick-start your business for success. When you join, you’ll need a New Consultant Business Kit which contains over $400 worth of value, including a Thermomix® Serving Bowl and Carry Bag for your TM6 – for just $75* (usually $150) - for a limited time!

Of course, you’ll need a TM6 too but if you don’t already have one we can help with that too!
Earn Program Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is only available for new Consultants with a 60 Day Program (60DP) start date between 15 January and 13 February 2025 (inclusive), who sign this agreement between 2pm NZDT 15 January and 8pm NZDT 12 February 2025. TM6 Ambassadors are eligible if they have had this status for six or more months.
2. You can only earn one TM6 under this agreement and the criteria for earning a TM6 is outlined in the table above.
3. By signing this agreement, you agree to pay a deposit of $480 on a new TM6. Upon signing the agreement, we will deduct $480 from your preferred payment option. A link will be sent to you via your Consultant or Team Leader to complete payment.
4. This deposit is fully refunded when you achieve 3 closed sales within your 60DP (subject to any adjustment noted in Clause 7 below in the event that there is any Excess Withholding Tax).
5. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will deliver to you a TM6 and your business kit (as specified in the above table). You will be provided with a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
6. During your 60DP, additional rewards (as specified in the above table) will be dispatched to eligible new Consultants automatically, 5 business days following the closure of the relevant TM6 sale.
7. If any Withholding Tax is payable in respect of the benefits you receive under the 60DP then:
a. The Company shall bear the cost of the Withholding Tax arising from the first 3 closed sales to the extend that Withholding Tax does not exceed 20%.
b. You will bear the cost of any Withholding Tax arising from the first 3 closed sales to the extent that the rate of Withholding Tax exceeds 20% (Excess Withholding Tax). Any Excess Withholding Tax shall be deducted from (i) any portion of the deposit that otherwise becomes refundable to you or (ii) your future commissions.
8. Subject to Clause 7, 9 and 13, following the end date of your 60DP we will invoice you for any balance owing on your TM6, as specified in the above table. In the event that you have earned commission from sales closed after the end date of your 60DP prior to the Invoice being sent, we will first deduct that commission from any balance owing. By signing this Agreement, you agree to pay any balance owing within 7 days of an Invoice being provided to you.
9. The balance payments represented in the table above are calculated against a Withholding Tax rate of 20%. If you nominate a higher Withholding Tax rate, and achieve 3 closed sales in your 60DP, the amount of deposit refunded to you will be less than shown in the table above. If you do not achieve 3 or more sales, and a balance is owing on your TM6 at the conclusion of your program, additional Withholding Tax will be included in the invoice to be paid by you. You should refer to the Earn 3 Schedules NZ in The Hub for indicative repayments for higher Withholding Tax rates.
10. You may cancel this Agreement within 10 clear business days of the date of signing. Upon cancellation you must return the TM6 to us at your expense. If you have damaged the TM6 or have caused the TM6 to no longer be in an as-new condition, we reserve our right to dispute the cancellation of this Agreement.
11. You agree that you will not receive any commissions on closed sales that contribute to you earning a TM6 under this Agreement. However, all closed sales made under this Agreement will count towards all other incentives and reward programs, unless expressly excluded.
12. Upon achieving 3 closed sales and earning a TM6 under this Agreement, the commission on your next closed sale will start at level 1 of the Consultant commission table in the Contractor Commission and Incentive Plan.
13. You must commence the 60 Day Program within 30 days of signing the Contractor Agreement Form (CAF) or by 11:59pm NZDT 13 February 2025, whichever is the earliest. If this does not occur, Vorwerk New Zealand Limited will contact you to retrieve the balance owing for the TM6 and you will be removed from the Earn 3 program. Prior to commencing your 60 Day Program, you must have fully completed your Build Your Business training and have a minimum of 5 Demo bookings secured and logged in the Consultant Portal.
Half Price Business Kit Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is only available for new Consultants with a 60 Day Program start date between 9 May & 30 June 2024.
2. Consultants must purchase their Business Kit from TheMix Shop prior to their start date, or by 7 July 2024 (whichever date is earliest).
3. The Business Kit will be available from TheMix Shop at a reduced price of $75.00, inclusive of freight.
4. This offer is not transferable and is limited to a maximum of one Business Kit purchase per Consultant.
5. Recruits who start their business within 30 days of signing their Membership Application Form will be eligible for their free Rose Gold Varoma® Bundt Tin Bundle after one closed TM6 sale within 30 days of their start date. This has a value of $54.95.
