1. This offer is only available for new new Consultants who provide proof of identity and sign this agreement between 2pm NZDT 27 February and 8pm NZST 29 April 2025, with a 60 Day Program (60DP) start date between 2pm NZDT 4 March and 11:59pm NZST 30 April 2025 (inclusive), or Ambassadors if they have held Ambassador status for six or more months.

2. On accepting this agreement, Vorwerk will provide you with a free Business Kit and a link to order a new or as-new refurbished TM6. Any as-new refurbished TM6 will not have recorded any cook time. The TM6 is loaned to you for the purpose of this Agreement, until the end of the Relevant Period. At all times when the TM6 is loaned to you it belongs to Vorwerk. The TM6 does not include any gift with purchase or bundle offer available at the time of ordering.

3. You can only loan and earn one TM6 under your Agreement.

4. During your 60DP you have the opportunity to earn the TM6 at a discounted rate. The rate of discount is determined by the volume of sales you close during your 60DP, subject to any adjustment noted in Clauses 5 and 6 below in the event that there is any Excess Withholding Tax

5. If any Withholding Tax is payable in respect of the benefits you receive under the 60DP then:
5.a. The Company shall bear the cost of the Withholding Tax arising from the first 3 closed sales to the extent that such Withholding Tax does not exceed 20%.
5b. You will bear the cost of any Withholding Tax arising from the first 3 closed sales to the extent that the rate of Withholding Tax exceeds 20% (Excess Withholding Tax). Any Excess Withholding Tax shall be deducted from (i) any portion of the deposit that otherwise becomes refundable to You or (ii) Your future commissions.
6. The balance payments represented in Clause 9 above are calculated against a Withholding Tax rate of 20%. If you nominate a higher Withholding Tax rate, there will be an additional payment required by you representing this difference in Withholding Tax. This will be included in the invoice to be paid by you. You should refer to “Loan and Earn 3 Program” Schedules NZ in The Hub for Indicative repayments for higher Withholding Tax rates. In the event that you have earned commission from sales closed after 60DP or bonuses earned prior to the invoice being sent, then WHT will first be deducted from those future commissions.

7. The balance payments represented in the table above are calculated against a Withholding Tax rate of 20%. If you nominate a higher Withholding Tax rate, and achieve 3 closed sales in your 60DP, the amount of deposit refunded to you will be less than shown in the table above. If you do not achieve 3 or more sales, and a balance is owing on your TM6 at the conclusion of your program, additional Withholding Tax will be included in the invoice to be paid by you. You should refer to the Earn 3 Schedules NZ in The Hub for indicative repayments for higher Withholding Tax rates.

8. At any time during the Relevant Period, you may choose to return the TM6 to Vorwerk. If you elect to return the TM6 to Vorwerk in accordance with this Agreement, you agree to do so within 7 days of a return label being provided to you. If you fail to return the TM6 within this timeframe, Vorwerk reserves the right to invoice you for the full amount of the TM6. You agree to pay that amount within 7 days of an invoice being provided to you.

9. During your 60DP, additional rewards will be dispatched to eligible new Consultants automatically, 5 business days following the closure of the relevant TM6 sale.

10. Subject to Clause 4 above, following the end date of your 60DP we will invoice you for any balance owing on your TM6. In the event that you have earned commission from sales closed after the end date of your 60DP prior to the Invoice being sent, we will first deduct that commission from any balance owing. By signing your agreement, you authorise Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd to set off and deduct any commissions on closed sales against any balance owing and you agree to pay any balance owing within 7 days of an invoice being provided to you.

11. You may cancel this Agreement within 10 clear business days of the date of signing. Upon cancellation you must return the loan TM6 to us at your expense. If you have damaged the TM6 or have caused the TM6 to no longer be in an as-new condition, we reserve our right to dispute the cancellation of this Agreement.

12. You agree that you will not receive any commissions on closed sales that contribute to you earning a TM6 under this Agreement. However, all closed sales made under this Agreement will count towards all other incentives and reward programs, unless expressly excluded.

13. Upon achieving 3 closed sales and earning a TM6 under this Agreement, the commission on your next closed sale will start at level 1 of the Consultant commission table in the Contractor Commission and Incentive Plan.

14. You must commence your 60DP within 30 days of signing your Agreement and the Contractor Agreement Form (CAF) or by 11.59pm NZST 30 April 2025, whichever is the earliest. If this does not occur, Vorwerk will contact you to retrieve either (a) the full price of the TM6 from you or (b) the Thermomix TM6 (TM6) provided to you under this Agreement; and this Agreement will be terminated. You agree to pay that amount within 7 days of an invoice being provided to you or return the TM6 in accordance with this Agreement.

1. This offer is only available for new Consultants with a 60 Day Program start date between 9 May & 30 June 2024.
2. Consultants must purchase their Business Kit from TheMix Shop prior to their start date, or by 7 July 2024 (whichever date is earliest).
3. The Business Kit will be available from TheMix Shop at a reduced price of $75.00, inclusive of freight.
