Using our carry cover, it's super easy to take your Ovana with you to friends or away on holidays. However, be sure to check relevant permits for cooking in public areas if you're thinking about taking it to a park or beach for example.
The Ovana Pizza Oven is compatible with LPG propane. It is not designed to be used with natural gas. Details on which gas to use and connecting the bottle to your Ovana Pizza Oven are available on page 6 and 9 of the instruction manual.

Tastes of chemicals not nice
My pizza tastes like chemicals and the base is a black colour after research I was advised to heat on high for 1 hour this would burn all debris away and taste great wrong tastes like a chemical then I was advised that it could be poor gas or soot did what the experts said and still tastes like chemicals spoke to Thermomix there reply was never had this situation before oh your out of warranty get a gas plumber can’t change parts as we don’t stock any well $700 down the drain and no symphony from the stockists do not buy this brand

Ovana Pizza Ovan
Ovana Ovan is not to bad. My recent purchase of this ovan is based on the issues I had with the door flying off under hot heat. I had the door replaced and it seems to be ok but still only barely staying on. I found it dangerous when the door flew off and ended up on the floor. Thermomix where good about trying to fix the issue but a little reluctant to use it much now as I am still not sure about the door.
