The filter bags have a capacity of 0.8 litres, which allows an average usage of 2-3 months, depending on the individual cleaning habits. When the Kobold VK7 Cordless Vacuum is switched on and the filter bag icon appears on the LED display, the filter bag needs to be replaced.

The Kobold VK7 Cordless Vacuum is equipped with the Kobold FP7 premium filter bag, certified ‘Premium’ by TÜV Nord and ensures that 99.99% of allergic particles up to 0.3 microns are captured during cleaning. The sealable bag is easy to replace without spreading any dust around and can be disposed of in a normal rubbish bin. In addition, the Kobold VK7 Cordless Vacuum and its high-quality filter bag help to make the air purer and clearer by trapping mould and bacteria. The suction power level of the Kobold VK7 System should be selected according to the cleaning power required in the given situation. Level 1 is the default setting.
I think it is fantastic. Easy to use, cleans so well and is so quick. It is pricey though!

Quality system as you’d expect from Vorwerk. Well thought out engineering with multi uses & configurations . So easy to use, lightweight & quiet.
The cordless vacuum VK7 is so light to use, you don't actually push it you just gently guide it over the floor - a huge benefit for anyone with arthritic fingers/hands. It automatically adapts to floor type and does a great job picking up dirt. Battery life is excellent. The vacuum mop attachment SP7 also does a really good job, with no need to separately vacuum before mopping. After mopping, the floor is noticeably cleaner than when a normal mop is used. Overall a great purchase for us!
