Who can claim the money back guarantee?

Australian & New Zealand residents, who purchased an eligible Thermomix® TM6   from Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd and/or Vorwerk New Zealand Ltd between 9am AWST Thursday 5 December to 11:59pm AWST Monday 23 December 2024.

How do I claim?

Register your claim via the form below and provide us with your details and proof of purchase; name, email, phone number, address, and order number. This must be done within 30 days of the date of purchase.

What happens after I make a claim?

Once the claim is lodged, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A representative will be in touch to confirm your claim. You’ll then be sent a postage label to attach to your packaging and details on how to return the item to us. Once the Thermomix® is received and checked, your refund will be processed and confirmation provided to you within 30 days.

I don’t have my packaging anymore, can I still return it?

No. To be eligible for this claim, the TM6 must be returned in its original packaging along with all the included accessories, cookbook and the bonus gift with purchase products with their manuals & instructions too. The TM6 must be locked in position for transportation and with adequate protection packed in the box to protect the TM6 in transit.

If you want to return your Goods due to a fault or for another reason not covered by this Guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team via our website.

I want to return my TM6 but I have already spent all or some of my gift card?

We will refund the TM6 purchase price minus any used balance of the $350 gift card. Any unused balance of the gift card will be voided.

 

Can I still return the Thermomix® after I have used it?

Yes. The Thermomix® can be returned after it has been used, but it must be in a good working order without any scratches or other damages, and be returned, complete with all accessories and the gift with purchase items in the original packaging.

Terms and Conditions - Thermomix® TM6 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are so confident that you will love the Thermomix® TM6 (‘the TM6’) that we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee (‘Guarantee’) for a limited time. This means that if you purchase a new TM6 between 9am AWST Thursday 5 December to 11:59pm AWST Monday 23 December 2024, we will refund your purchase price, minus any used balance of the $350 TheMix Shop Gift Card, and cover return shipping costs if you let us know within 30 days of the date of purchase that you want to return your Thermomix® TM6 and you meet the conditions set out in this Guarantee. Any unused balance of the Gift Card will be voided.  


Coverage
This Guarantee only applies to the Thermomix® TM6 and any accessories or consumables for use with the Thermomix® TM6 that you purchased from us at the same time in the same transaction (‘the Goods’). This Guarantee does not include any other products purchased from TheMix Shop. This Guarantee is for a change of mind only and does not apply where you want to return any of the Goods due to a fault or other problem or where you contact us 30 days after your date of purchase. This offer does not apply to Trade Up orders or Consultant EARN agreement orders.


Making a Claim
To be eligible for a claim under this Guarantee, you must:
•   be the original purchaser;
•   have purchased the Goods from Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd or Vorwerk New Zealand Limited during the offer dates as above;  
•   notify us within 30 days of your date of purchase by completing the form on thermomix.com.au/pages/thermomix-30-day-money-back-guarantee or thermomix.co.nz/pages/thermomix-30-day-money-back-guarantee and providing us with your name, email, phone number, address, and order number;
•   put all the Goods back in their original packaging along with all included accessories, cookbook and bonus gift with purchase products, together with all manuals and instructions.
•   once you have made your claim, our Customer Service team will supply you with an Australia Post Return Article ID number which you can take to the post office with your Goods.

When packing your Thermomix®, you must ensure:
•   The Bowl, Blade and Lid set is locked into position for transportation, and
•   Adequate protection is packed in the box to protect your Thermomix® in transit. This may include things such as bubble wrap, scrunched up newspaper in plastic bags, unwanted sheet(s) or towel(s).

Please note that this Guarantee does not apply and you will be ineligible for a claim under this Guarantee if:
•   the Goods and all manuals and instructions are not returned in their original packaging;  
•   the Goods or any accessory or component is scratched, damaged, misused, faulty or otherwise failed to take reasonable care of the goods;
•   there is evidence of any act of deliberate misuse, negligence, repairs, or unauthorised modifications; or
•   the Goods were purchased for, or used in, a commercial environment; or
•   your claim relates to any other goods.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and check you have satisfied the conditions under this Guarantee.


Refunds
If we are satisfied in our sole discretion that you are eligible for a claim under this Guarantee we will accept the Goods as a return and notify you accordingly. We will then have title in the Goods and we may use or resupply the Goods as we see fit. Where possible, we will process refunds via the same method of payment you used to purchase the Goods. Where this is not possible, we will process a refund via another acceptable payment method or discuss your options with you. We will action refunds within 30-days of receiving your returned Thermomix®, but we take no responsibility for any delays due to third party payment gateways or processing.  
We will refund your purchase price, minus any used balance of the $350 TheMix Shop Gift Card. Any unused balance of the gift card will be voided.
If we are satisfied in our sole discretion that you are not eligible for a claim under this Guarantee we will reject the Goods as a return and notify you of our decision. You will keep title in the Goods in this situation and will be able to collect the Goods from us or arrange to have the goods shipped back to you at your cost.
The Guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights in respect of faulty items. If you want to return your Goods due to a fault or for another reason not covered by this Guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team via our website.
This Guarantee is offered by Vorwerk Australia Pty Ltd and Vorwerk New Zealand Limited (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).
