They’re also featured in the Thermomix® Cutter+ Welcome Booklet you receive once you purchase. You'll be able to use the Thermomix® Spiralizer with some of your favourite Thermomix® recipes too, switching pasta for zucchini linguini or tagliatelle, or fries for curly fries. We recommend preparing your noodles and ribbons before commencing your recipe.

Yes. You can place the Thermomix® Spiralizer and Thermomix® Cutter components in the dishwasher for cleaning. We recommend disassembling and laying all parts separately in the top rack of your dishwasher to avoid deformation resulting from exposure to high temperatures or pressure from items above or nearby. However, we recommend washing the Spiralizer blades by hand for long-lasting sharpness. To protect your hands, always hold the blades by the sides. A quick scrub with a washing up brush and a rinse under running water should be enough to clean the blades after use. Avoid soaking. If a more thorough clean is needed, wash in warm water with mild detergent before rinsing and allow to thoroughly dry on the draining board before storing away.

Yes, the Welcome Booklet includes full instructions on how to use the spiralizer with your Thermomix® and Thermomix® Cutter, handy tips and tricks and triple-tested spiralizer recipes for inspiration.

A range of fruit and veggies can be used. For example, it’s a zucchini spiralizer. A potato and sweet potato spiral cutter. An apple spiral cutter. An all-round super versatile noodler and spiralizer for veggies and fruit. Try butternut squash, cucumber, celeriac, broccoli, parsnips, carrots, beetroot and pears too.
Choose fresh fruits and vegetables that are firm to the touch and, ideally, fit the size of the feeder and Spiralizer blade for perfect results. Ingredients must be at least 4 cm long and no more than 11cm long. Stones, seeds and cores should be removed, and larger ingredients will need to be trimmed to fit the width of the blade. A medium-sized zucchini usually fits perfectly. Refer to the Welcome Booklet for more helpful hints.

No. Cooked and frozen ingredients are not suitable for use with the Thermomix® Spiralizer (except for half-cooked or half-steamed carrots and celeriac).
