Our Rose Gold Butter Knife, curler, grater and spreader is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But to keep it looking, cutting, curling and spreading its best, we recommend handwashing with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth (avoiding harsh, high-alkaline detergents, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads) and hand drying with a tea towel.
I’ve looked at these type of butter knives for years as it seemed a good way to spread butter straight from the fridge but I haven’t found any difference so am disappointed with it. The butter still clumps up.
