Why stop at pizza with the Ovana’s rotating stone? Turn your thinking to succulent share-style meats, authentic paella, rustic breads and richly caramelised veggies, all cooked in our custom-designed round cast iron skillet pan.
Put this all-rounder to work on cooking jammy, candied onions in minutes so you can get burger nights and bubbles flowing. Perfect sizzling steakhouse results on every steak (the secret’s in patting the meat dry, then seasoning and letting the pan do all the work to create deep flavour). And maybe finish the night with some buttery garlic dough balls or a sweeter version with ooey-gooey chocolatey sauce.
Designed to direct the Ovana 360’s intense high heat into beautifully browned dishes and bold flavours, the skillet pan is custom-crafted from premium, durable cast iron. It also thrives in your conventional oven, over an open campfire or on your cooktop.
When the iron’s hot, the removable skillet pan handle makes it safe and easy to transfer your dish. And the silicone trivet protects your surfaces, letting you bring all that sizzling theatre to your table.
Season before first use and after every use, and like all good cast iron skillet pans, it’ll improve with age and last a lifetime.

Cast iron
Before using your new skillet pan for the first time, and after every use, thoroughly wash and season. Wash in warm water with mild soap and a soft cloth, sponge, or stiff-bristled brush, then rinse and immediately dry with a paper towel. Season with a light coating of high-smoke cooking oil (grapeseed, canola or vegetable) before storing in a dry place.
To remove stuck-on foods, or if rust appears, scrub gently with a little coarse salt and water and re-season. Avoid soaking or using harsh, high-alkaline detergents, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads, and never put it in your dishwasher. Like all good cast iron pans, it will last a lifetime and improve with age with regular seasoning.
