To join MyMix Rewards, you need to provide your first name, last name, mobile and email address.
MyMix Rewards is only available to individuals at this stage.
Simply login to your TheMix Shop account online and navigate to the MyMix Rewards tab from within your account.
That’s an easy fix! When you join MyMix Rewards, you are automatically created an online account with TheMix Shop. All you need to do is check your emails after joining to activate your account and set your password, and after this, simply login to your account.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging in to your account, navigating to the MyMix Rewards tab and clicking the button at the bottom of the page to cancel your membership, or by contacting our friendly customer service team on 0800 766 966 or via our online contact form thermomix.co.nz/pages/mymix-rewards-contact-us
Please be aware that this action will permanently delete any points you have accrued as well as any queued vouchers, and this cannot be reversed. Any active vouchers you have will remain valid until their expiry date.
