Blade shaft failure
We love our Thermomix but we don’t love that the drive shaft has snapped, now twice, at $125 that’s not what one expects from the company. But even worse, the website says there is no stick which is incredibly disappointing. Can someone at Vorwerk direct me to a retailer who has one in stock so we can get it up and going again. Thanks.

Knife Blade
I've had my Thermomix for nearly 3 years now, but it gets used every single day. The blade was starting to wear out on the green bit, so needed replacing. It makes such a difference.

Do not last
I have 2 bowl sets an after only 12 months i have had to replace. Very disappointing since my TM 3 blades lasted 10 yrs!

Meets expectation but shouldn't need to be replaced
We had to replace the blade knife after 12 months of use. At $125 it's pretty poor by thermomix that a major component cannot last a longer time for the price.
The product replacement was fine, no issues and was delivered quickly. Lets hope we see a bit more life out of this one!
