Didnt realised you could use in oven . I use mainly to steam eggs for lunch and breakfast and few recipes throught Cookidoo ( lava cake individual frittata or omellettes) easy to store away and like it is bright color ( easy to find)
Awesome accessory for my TM7, so far I have only used it for poached eggs, but I can see many uses, both sweet and savoury for this handy item, in the future.
I had to wait for backorder but it was worth the wait. I cook the Hot Salmon and vegetable egg muffins, but using any vegetable I have to use up, leaving out the salmon, adding bacon usually for the old style quiche taste. I have yet to try a cake mixture, but love the versatility the Nester allows for an easy lunch. Just start an hour before you want to eat.
I love the new Nester I have so many uses for it, poached eggs, muffins, omelettes, puddings etc. this is a fabulous addition to your Thermomix accessories.
