Now, we’ve made the adjustable guide millimetre-perfect so you can cut every slice evenly, top to bottom, to the exact thickness of your liking for toast and sandwiches.

    Made from high-carbon, high-grade stainless steel, our bread knife is food safe, super-strong and sharp, with a sliding slicing guide that adjusts from 5mm for super thin crispy toast that’s perfect for pate, up to 25mm extra chunky bread for soups or a super-sized ploughman’s lunch.

    Fresh artisan breads from your favourite bakery will last longer if you keep them whole to slice at home. And for allergy sufferers buying fresh gluten breads, our bread knife with guide serves up an extra slice of convenience, making it easy to get the perfect contamination-free slice.

    Excellent Tool

    The knife and guide itself is an excellent addition for anyone who can’t cut bread in straight even slices, however I found with my weak wrists that part way through cutting the loaf it was hard to keep the knife straight and upright so ended up with odd shaped slices. I realise I need to cut only a few slices at a time to solve my problem, but making my own bread I cut it up and freeze it as soon as it’s cooled, so unfortunately it hasn’t completely solved my problem..
