Great knife
Knife is fabulous to get a consistent slice each time instead of crooked uneven slices so you do end up with an odd shaped piece at the end of the loaf.

Easy to use
Very happy with the purchase. I bought this bread knife to replace my bread slicing/cutting guide as the bottom part of the guide was wearing out due to regular usage and slicing from a serrated knife after just 2 years. This bread knife is very easy use because unlike the bread slicing/cutting guide, you don't have to remove the loaf after cutting 1 slice and can keep slicing the whole loaf.
