Cleaning your Thermomix ThermoJug is zero fuss. It’s not dishwasher safe but can be washed by hand using a soft cloth and dishwashing liquid. You’ll find food doesn’t stick to the stainless steel bowl, but we recommend avoiding harsh abrasive products. Not suitable for use in the microwave, on the stove top or in the oven.

Hi Claire, thanks for your feedback. The time your Thermojug keeps its contents warm really depends on the temperature of your goods, as well as the outside temperature. We find that if you pour boiling water into the jug and pour it out directly before putting your food in, it can help to prolong the amount of time it stays warm. Hopefully, this helps you for future use!
