This high-quality stainless steel dumpling mould is one of the most accessible tools for quickly making generous-sized and consistent shaped pizza pockets, empanadas, gyoza, jiaozi, kreplach, pasties, pelmeni, pierogi, pirozhki, pot-stickers, ravioli, patties, turnover and varenyky.
The bottom edge is sharp enough to cut the dough. Once the dough is cut, put the dough on the upper side, slightly press down. Then you can add the filling and close the mould. For a secure closure, try brushing the inside rim with egg yolk.

Good product if you have the time to make your homemade pastry, but too big for the large store-bought dumpling pastry. Which is a shame as normal dumplings are not as big as this mold is.
We love to make dumplings, pasties etc. and this just makes it so much quicker and easier.
