The steel frame is a game changer. No more wobbling silicone and spilling mixture when you try and transfer from the bench to the oven And no need to put a tray underneath in the oven limiting the heat to the bottom of your muffin. The steel frame stays rigid and makes rotating, transferring and moving your trays so much easier.

Popped out a dream
Have only used this one time as yet, but no complaints on this one. I lightly (very) oiled the silicone cups,( just in case)as I was making muffins for an imminent morning tea and they HAD to not stick. I used the apple muffin recipe on cookido and they were terrific. Five stars they all popped out a dream
