The steel frame is a game changer. No more wobbling silicone and spilling mixture when you try and transfer from the bench to the oven And no need to put a tray underneath in the oven limiting the heat to the bottom of your muffin. The steel frame stays rigid and makes rotating, transferring and moving your trays so much easier.
And being silicone, your baking just pops straight out - no need for oil or lining with baking paper!

Worst quality
I purchased this after some silicone ones I had for years got holes. These ones had a hole appear after first use. I wrote to them and no reply. For the price you'd expect much better quality.
