Our gorgeous rose gold non-stick tray keeps everyone happy, releasing a dozen perfectly sized, evenly baked squares of chewy-on-the-outside-gooey-on-the-inside brownie bliss.
Just like every gorgeous addition to our signature rose gold bakeware range, it’s non-stick and made from heavy-gauge carbon steel for fast and even heat distribution across every edge and corner of the brownie pan. And it’s been rigorously tested by our Recipe Development team who tried out all shapes and sizes before hitting on this winner, with just enough depth for just-right fudgy middles.
There’s no cutting, slicing or chiselling required here. Just lightly grease and flour the non-stick surface of the tin before adding your batter and it’ll pop out a flawlessly uniform batch of square brownies (or blondies) every time.
It’s pretty enough to serve up in the tin. And when the occasion calls for it, each serve is just the right size to top your brownies with a scoop of ice cream.

It’s dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing your brownie pan in mild soapy water with a soft cloth, wiping dry with a tea towel and storing the tray upside down to keep it baking at its best. Avoid using harsh, abrasive cleaners – a quick soak in warm water will be enough to loosen any baked-on brownie mix. Metal utensils and knives can also damage the non-stick coating, so should a square need a little extra help, just lightly loosen and lift the edges with a silicone spatula. Surface discolouration may occur with use over time, but this won’t affect your results.
