Spring mini surprises on friends and family with this super-sweet set of four rose gold mini springform cake pans turning out evenly baked mini marvels in no time, every time. Being just half the size of a standard cake pan, they bake and cool in a flash, and they’re ideal for keeping portions controlled for morning tea treats or three o’clock slump treats. But just because they’re little doesn’t mean our mini springform cake pans are lightweights in the kitchen! Far from it. They’re oven safe to 230°C, fridge safe and freezer safe, so you can chill, set and freeze desserts. And you can even pop one in your Varoma for steaming mini cakes and puddings.
We had them made of the same heavyweight food-grade carbon steel as their big springform sisters, so they evenly distribute the heat for a perfect all-round bake and have a strong latch to hold firm. We recommend hand washing your mini springform cake pans with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, wiping dry with a tea towel and storing upside down. They’re not suitable for dishwasher cleaning, and to protect the integrity of the surface, avoid metal utensils or knives, abrasive cloths and cleaners or highly alkaline detergents. Soak in warm water to loosen stuck-on food and serve using wooden or silicone utensils. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time, but this doesn’t affect baking results.
