No fiddly bits to handwash here. The silicone containers, lids and dividers can go straight in your dishwasher. Avoid sharp utensils and harsh abrasive cleaners that can damage the surface. Wash in warm, mild, soapy water before first use. To remove odours, place in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes or soak in warm water and baking soda. Always allow air-drying thoroughly before storing.
If you leave frozen food in your food container and it bonds to the surface, you may need to use a warm water bath to release your portions.
Step 1: Fill a shallow pan or sink with warm water and dip the tray bottom (not the entire tray) in the warm bath for just 10 to 20 seconds. This will loosen the frozen blocks without partially thawing your food.
Step 2: Gently press around the sides of each block until they separate from the silicone walls.
Step 3: Peel back the top edge of the tray and carefully remove each divider. This will make it easy to release each portion.
