Knock the humble sausage sizzle out of the park with our simple home sausage maker and your Thermomix. Get creative with your seasonings and amaze your guests with the freshest snag they’ve ever tasted. Use up your leftover meats and veggies and reduce your food waste. And enjoy the most fun you and your kids will ever have in the kitchen.
Home sausage making means there’s not a sausage of preservative, additive, fat or low-quality fillers that you get in store-bought varieties. And unlike most sausage filler and stuffer kits made from plastic or aluminum, we’ve made our home sausage maker from durable 304 stainless steel to meet international food standards, sized perfectly for easy use, with no fiddly parts to assemble and clean.
We’ve also catered for everyone’s tastes with three attachable nozzles so you can make perfectly-sized breakfast sausages, or big juicy bangers, or even strips of your very own homemade jerky. We’ll leave the rest to you to decide. Between two slices of bread, or in a bun. Tomato sauce or mustard. Onions on top or underneath.
Pump out a batch of your family’s favourite beef, chicken, pork, veggie or vegan sausages and they’ll keep in your fridge for up to two days, or in your freezer for up to three months. So simple, you’ll wonder why you ever bought sausages at the store before. And if you’re ready to stretch your home sausage making skills a little further, experiment with fresh local seasonings and try dry cured sausage, chorizo and salami.
To keep your home sausage maker looking and pumping at its best, we recommend handwashing thoroughly in warm water, with a mild detergent and a brush, and leaving to air dry on a tea towel before first use and after every use.

Cleaning and care instructions
To keep your Home Sausage Maker looking and pumping at its best, we don’t recommend putting it in the dishwasher. Before first use and after every use, handwash thoroughly in hot soapy water, using a brush to clean the inside of the barrel and leave to air dry on a tea towel.

I wanted to love this, but I don't. I expected the tube to be ALOT larger considering it states 1.96L capacity. That would be an exaggeration. It fits no where near 1.96L. I had 1.7kgs of mince and had to reload 5-6 times which results in having to cut your casings without getting a clean run of a few meters of sausages like you would get with a larger capacity sausage maker which then makes it harder to tie the sausages into consistent lengths. Some mince also gets pushed behind the plunger resulting in mixture getting left in the tube. It's difficult to fill due to the narrow tube, you have to use a long spoon handle to try and plunge out air pockets. Due to the style, it needs to be held like a water pistol so it's also a two person job, when I tried to do it solo I had to try and squeeze with one hand and hold the nozzle with the other the sausages turned out full of air as it was awkward. When my husband held it and squeezed and I held the nozzle and guided the casing as it made sausages it was a more consistent fill. So all in all, waste of money and I should have just kept with my $25 Avanti sausage maker that has a much larger capacity and is easy to fill and suctions to the bench with a crank handle making it much more user friendly if you are making sausages solo! Wish I could get a refund as I won't be using this again.
Hi Kathryn, thank you for your feedback. Our team will be in touch to follow up on this with you.
Took a couple of sausages to get the hang of it but once mastered it was easy.
It’s great once I got the hang of it
I love this tool. It’s so easy to whip the mince up in the Thermomix & use the sausage maker. It’s clean, fast & easy to use. If I could improve it, I would make it a little bigger. I wanted to make more. ❤️❤️❤️
