Each proofing container holds 200g of dough and allows plenty of room for your dough to rise.
When you’re done, your Ovana Pizza Dough Proofing Boxes and lids can go straight in the dishwasher for cleaning. To keep that non-stick surface releasing smoothly, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or metal utensils that can scratch and damage the mirror-finish. Your boxes are also oven-safe and heat resistant up to 200°C, but keep them away from direct heat such as hotplates or naked flames.

Great product but volume too small
Love the design and concept of these dough proofing bowls, however the volume is too small! 250 grams of pizza dough will spill out of these every time, meaning they are not stackable in the fridge . These are only good for mini pizzas - but then you need more than three for a whole batch of pizza dough.

GREAT STORAGE
Love these silicone bowls to store my pizza between bakes. Dough slides out perfectly when required and they are super easy to store when not in use or in the fridge or freezer. Other beauty is they can go in the dishwasher. Think I just might have to buy another set.
