It can break your will trying to pull sticky dough balls apart and out of the proofing basket, so we gave it some outside-the-box thinking to create these cute, reusable, non-stick silicone pizza dough proofing boxes and raise your pizza-making game.
Each little pizza proofing container is perfectly sized to hold, proof, chill, freeze and effortlessly release one plump, satisfyingly round pizza dough ball, ready to roll. No more loose, lopsided lumps or sticky misshapen mishaps.
They’re made from durable, flexible, food-safe silicone, with a loose-fitting lid to protect your dough from drying out while it’s proofing, and a non-stick mirror-finish on the inside for easy pop-out release.
They’re fridge and freezer safe and stackable to save space, and they’ll handle heat up to 200°C. So, you can also use your Dough Proofing Boxes for steaming yummy, saucy puddings in your Varoma, or baking eggs or bread in your oven.

Each proofing container holds 200g of dough and allows plenty of room for your dough to rise.
When you’re done, your Ovana Pizza Dough Proofing Boxes and lids can go straight in the dishwasher for cleaning. To keep that non-stick surface releasing smoothly, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or metal utensils that can scratch and damage the mirror-finish. Your boxes are also oven-safe and heat resistant up to 200°C, but keep them away from direct heat such as hotplates or naked flames.
These bowls are too small and their lids don’t stay on which limits their use for other purposes. Ended up getting a much better set with lids that fit from Amazon that was even cheaper.
