How to get the best from your mini bundt cake tin
We found the secret to scaling our standard-size bundt recipes is halving the quantities and reducing the baking time by 20-25% to bake six mini bundts. Or you could buy two mini bundt cake tins to make 12 mini bundts with the full quantities in our standard bundt recipes.
To effortlessly unmould that perfectly crisp ornate pattern, we recommend greasing each mini bundt case with a little oil or butter, then dusting with flour before spooning in your cake mix. Fill each case to about 2/3 full and tap the tin on your kitchen bench a few times to remove any air bubbles before popping in the oven. No need to adjust the temperature, just the baking time. Once baked, leave your batch to stand in the mini bundt cake tin for a few minutes before turning them out with a gentle shake.
They cool quicker than a big bundt cake too, so you get to decorate and devour them sooner! Finish with a light dusting of icing sugar, a drizzle of glaze icing, or a smothering of chocolate sauce for ready-in-a-flash instagrammable cakes.

That beautiful rose gold non-stick surface on our mini bundt cake tin is not suitable for your dishwasher, but all it needs is a quick wash in hot soapy water with a soft cloth. Avoid using any abrasive cleaners or metal utensils and leave it out to dry before storing away. To dry your tin quickly, place it in a warm oven for a few minutes.
Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time, but it won’t compromise your bakes if you prep your tin every time by drying thoroughly, greasing well, and dusting with flour before adding your cake mix.
