Wonderful
Pizza making has taken on a new level. My kids love how the mat folds so easily to cover the dough. It’s so easy to then open the baking mat, roll, add topping and pop in the oven. Too easy!

First bake
My first bake (almond cookies) stuck to the mat! Not sure why I had to wait until they were completely cold and then scrape them off and they seem to come off okay at that point.

Thankyou for the review.
Almond cookies can be very delicate and soft. It is best to let them completely cool before removing them as they harden up.
Check that the cookies are sufficiently baked before removing them, as almond-flour cookies can be particularly fragile when warm.
