A great baking mat- really easy to use and stays non stick even when hot

So great for preparing bread dough to rise, and for rolling cookie dough when pressing out shapes. Just love the baking mat.

I love how easy clean-up is with this mat. When making my favourite Quiche Lorraine, I simply turn out my dough, roll and place into the quiche tin, shake off the flour and wipe and my kitchen bench is tidy! No more glue-like substance on the floor or the counter. The size is perfect and apparently, you can actually use this in the oven, but I may need another one, I want my dough one to be without baking marks.
