To place your TM7 order using Q Card or Q Mastercard, please follow the below process.
- Apply Here for a Q Mastercard If you already have a Q Card or Q Mastercard you can skip this step.
- Once finance is approved, you will need to reach out to your Consultant to complete your order. You will need your Q Mastercard number. If you don’t have a Consultant, you can click here to get put in touch with one.
- One of our Customer Service team will call to finalise your order. When they process payment, you’ll get an SMS with a code to confirm the amount and finalise the order, so have your phone handy.
- Once we have processed your order and linked it to your Q Card account, your brand-new Thermomix® TM7 will be on its way to you. You will receive a confirmation when your Thermomix® order has been processed.
Terms and conditions
*New customers must apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. 40 months interest free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for phone orders only. Offer valid until 28 June 2026. Minimum spend $200. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, T&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF interest free period. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout the interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees are subject to change. Credit provided by Columbus Financial Services Limited (Q Mastercard) and Consumer Finance Limited (Q card).
^Weekly payment amount is indicative only. Statements are issued monthly, and to repay the purchase in full by the end of the 40‑month interest‑free period, customers must make payments equal to the indicative weekly amount for each week covered by every monthly statement. Weekly indicative payment includes $55 Establishment Fee (new Q customer) or $35 Advance Fee (existing Q customer). $50 annual Account Fee must be paid in addition to the indicative weekly payments.
FAQs
I’d like to add additional accessories to my order. How do I do this?
Your Consultant can add additional accessories to your order, provided it is within your approved credit limit. If you would like to purchase additional accessories outside of your credit limit, you can do this in a separate order on the website, with a different payment method.
How long will this process take?
Once your finance has been approved, we will endeavour to process your order within three business days. Once your order has been processed, and your Q Card payment linked to the order, we will send your TM7 within 10 business days.
Can you use an existing Q Card or Q Mastercard to order?
Yes, you can. You can skip the first step and contact your Consultant to place your order.
