To place your TM7 order using Q Card or Q Mastercard, please follow the below process.
- Apply Here for a Q Mastercard If you already have a Q Card or Q Mastercard you can skip this step.
- Once finance is approved, you will need to reach out to your Consultant to complete your order. You will need your Q Mastercard number. If you don’t have a Consultant, you can click here to get put in touch with one.
- Once we have processed your order and linked it to your Q Card account, your brand-new Thermomix® TM7 will be on its way to you. You will receive a confirmation when your Thermomix® order has been processed.
Terms and conditions
24* Months Interest Free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for phone orders only. Min spend $200. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, T&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance (LTF) transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Min payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees subject to change. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. Columbus Financial Services Limited and Consumer Finance Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the offer and these T&Cs at any time without notice.
FAQs
I’d like to add additional accessories to my order. How do I do this?
Your Consultant can add additional accessories to your order, provided it is within your approved credit limit. If you would like to purchase additional accessories outside of your credit limit, you can do this in a separate order on the website, with a different payment method.
How long will this process take?
Once your finance has been approved, we will endeavour to process your order within three business days. Once your order has been processed, and your Q Card payment linked to the order, we will send your TM7 within 10 business days.
Can you use an existing Q Card or Q Mastercard to order?
Yes, you can. You can skip the first step and contact your Consultant to place your order.
