Great appliance, But…
I love having a Thermomix, and the T6 is used daily in our home. The main thing that annoys me though is how slow the software system is. It takes a very long time to boot up. It also takes too long to unlock the lid so I can get on with cooking. Little things that get in the way when I’m busy rushing around in the kitchen. Also, it notifies me when it’s shutting down, but doesn’t give me a long enough option to keep it on. Other than that, is it purpose built and works just fine for food prep and even cooking.
