*Effective from 01 September 2025, applying to commissions paid from 16 October 2025. Closed sales are defined in the Contractor Commission and Incentive Plan document, and does not include any TM7 orders made under any Thermomix® earning program, including TM7 orders in the TM4U program. New Zealand applies a Withholding Tax on certain contractor payments, including commission income. It is important that you nominate your preferred Withholding Tax rate in The Hub. Where a rate has not been nominated, any applicable Withholding Tax will be payable at 45%.
