Fabulous!
These are fab! What would make it perfect is if you could buy a double up of the cookie sheet... often I double a batch and so have excess, but have to wait for the cookies to bake before making the 2nd batch. I already have 2 of the pastry mats.

Love my thermomats
I have had my thermomats for around 6 years, and they are as good as ever. I use my large one daily to help raise my bread, roll out biscuits or chill dough in the fridge. Highly recommend.
