A quick wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water is the best way to clean your Thermomix® Baking Mat. Avoid using abrasive scrapers or brushes. It’s also not suitable for use in dishwashers, gas ovens, under an open grill, directly on the bottom of the oven or on or under a direct heat source. Never cut on the mat and always store your baking mat rolled, not folded.
I love that I don’t need to flour my bench or oil a bowl or use glad wrap! It’s good for my budget and my cleaning and the environment. I use mine multiple times a week.
