Removing all the air with the simple adapter slows the growth of bacteria and locks in all the really good stuff – nutrients and flavours – so you can enjoy fresh, healthy, nourishing food all through the week, even on your busiest weeknights. Including 5 Vacuum Sealer Bags it is also great for sous vide.

Bags for Vacuum Sealer (Pack of 10)
We’ve pre-shaped and pre-cut these sous vide bags to fit the Thermomix bowl so home cooks can now get down-to-the degree control using the Sous Vide mode on the TM6. The Blade Cover and Peeler will stop your bags and goods being chopped up so you can enjoy perfectly cooked meals. You will also be saving money and reducing food waste. The bags are sturdy and can be reused again and again. To clean simply put them into the dishwasher or rinse them with warm water and detergent.

Firra Cast Iron
Your Firra Casserole and Baking Dish are designed to last. Over the years, the internal coating could develop some marks and can take on the colours of what you're cooking. This is perfectly normal and nothing of concern.

For removing extra stubborn baked-on residues avoid harsh, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads that could damage the enamel coating. A simple three-to-one mix of water and baking soda left in your cast iron overnight and a rinse and wipe with a soft cloth the next day should do the trick. Then, just make sure your dish and lid are thoroughly dried before storing.

Vac-U-Seal Containers
Vac-U-Seal glass vacuum sealer containers are super-easy to clean. However the lid and food tray are not dishwasher safe. We recommend handwashing the lid and food tray with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to keep them looking their best. Avoid harsh, high-alkaline detergents, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.

Whilst these bags are reusable we don't recommend reusing any bags that have contained raw meat, eggs, milk or unpasteurized cheese as they may contain bacteria that will remain after washing.
