these are a great idea for people on the go.
i put my greek yogurt in the bottom with fresh strawberries and in the top I put my mix of oats nuts and seeds.

I bought this as a test to see if it was any good and it is fabbo!! Absolutely perfect for anything like overnight oats, fruit, and yoghurt, with the storage for crunchy bits in the top!! So good :-)
