These cupcake liners are made of silicone, which is not only time-saving, but they are also non-stick so they eliminate the need for greasing and flouring the muffin pans. All you have to do is place the silicone liners in the muffin pan and fill them with batter. To serve, easily remove the cupcakes from the liner. Not non stick in my experience
Made red velvet cupcakes and did not grease or flour (as per instructions on the mix web page), unfortunately the cupcakes were not easy to remove - some left their bases in the liners and the cases were not easy to clean. I was hoping to be more environmentally friendly but these were very disappointing and I don’t recommend them.
