Great machine
Love how easy it is to use.
Crank up your pasta-making speed to pro-mamma level with our stainless steel dough roller and pasta maker and your Thermomix. When you’re pressed for time on a school night, you can roll out a fresh and healthy family fave in a flash. Even quicker if you’ve pre-made a batch of sauce for the freezer too. Dinner-in-a-bowl. Netflix on. Done!
We all know store-bought dried pasta never tastes the same once you’ve experienced the real homemade deal. Even if it’s fresh from the chiller cabinet, it doesn’t compare. So why settle for so-so when you can make your own fresh, additive- and preservative-free and perfectly evenly rolled and cut pasta, in no time, every time.
Flour, eggs and oil. Two minutes on Dough Mode. Pop your dough ball in the fridge for 15 mins, and you’re ready to roll.
Clamp the hand crank pasta machine to your countertop or table, pop the handle into the roller hole and choose from seven thickness settings for lasagne, ravioli, fettuccini or spaghetti, and two cutting settings for spaghetti or fettuccini.
The rollers are made of chrome plated stainless steel so your dough glides through effortlessly and won’t stick. It’s so quick and easy, even the kids will have fun helping you roll and shape dough.
Perfect for all pasta lovers and passionistas – especially if you’re just starting out on your homemade pasta journey – our stainless steel pasta maker and dough roller is all in one piece, so there are no fiddly little parts to assemble.
We also recommend checking out our Pasta Drying Rack to complete your pasta-making kit.
The pasta machine body and non-stick rollers are super easy to clean. Give the stainless steel body a wipe with a soft dry cloth, and clean the rollers with a dry brush. Another really simple tip to clean your rollers is to pass a piece of dough through several times then just discard the dough.
Seriously, all you need to do to keep your dough roller and pasta maker in tip-top condition is avoid washing with water, never put it in the dishwasher, avoid using knives or utensils to remove anything from the rollers, and never roll cloths between the rollers. We also recommend storing your pastry maker and accessories in its box.

Love how easy it is to use.
The pasta is not really cut and glues together.
The machine moves while turning the handle, because it is only fixed on one side.
Perhaps you need a special setup (like the little table on a table on that picture) that it works better?
With the pasta dough recipes on Thermomix this is what I needed to make my own spaghetti, pasta to the next level. You can’t roll it out this thin.
Perfect, its just what i wanted.
Works a treat making pasta quickly and perfectly formed!
