It was great to get all the extra hints and tips by attending the Masterclass. The main one I took away was that I had up to 4 weeks to complete the dessert so ...... I made the Lemon Meringue Ice Cream Cake over several sessions, some up to 2 weeks apart. It was great to feel so organized at such a busy time of year. The outcome was amazing, not quite as picture perfect as the magazine cover but certainly spectacular in both appearance and taste for this amateur cook! Great recipe that will certainly be made again - maybe raspberry next time🤔
