Made of sturdy and durable stainless steel, with a generous height of 2.5cm and nicely rolled edges, our pancake and crumpet rings sit firmly in your flat-bottomed frying pan, cast iron skillet or griddle. So there’s no sneaky, leaky batter and wonky bottoms like you get with most silicone or stainless steel egg rings. Just all-round perfection.
Hot tip! Pre-heat your pan before making your batter so you’ve got a nice even heat to cook on. And to keep them releasing effortlessly, give your pancake and crumpet rings a good coating of canola or vegetable oil all over before cooking. Use a silicone spatula and tongs to lift them out of the hot pan, and gently run a smooth-bladed knife around the edges if they needed a little extra help to pop out.

Loosen stuck-on egg or batter by soaking in warm water and avoid washing with high-alkaline detergents and abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads.

Great for pikelets
Very handy for kids pancakes and pikelets, mine are never perfect and now they are!! I would prefer a larger ring for crumpets.

Easy to use
Recently used these and the crumpets came out really well. Highly recommend making your own crumpets instead of the commercially bought ones. You can choose thickness too.

Great size but crumpets stuck to it
Despite greasing and preheating the rings, the crumpets still stuck to the rings. Was very frustrating as they were difficult to grasp onto (from greasing) and having to use a knife to separate the crumpets from the rings, then washing them before using again. On the plus side, batter does not leak from the bottom.
