Made of sturdy and durable stainless steel, with a generous height of 2.5cm and nicely rolled edges, our pancake and crumpet rings sit firmly in your flat-bottomed frying pan, cast iron skillet or griddle. So there’s no sneaky, leaky batter and wonky bottoms like you get with most silicone or stainless steel egg rings. Just all-round perfection.
Hot tip! Pre-heat your pan before making your batter so you’ve got a nice even heat to cook on. And to keep them releasing effortlessly, give your pancake and crumpet rings a good coating of canola or vegetable oil all over before cooking. Use a silicone spatula and tongs to lift them out of the hot pan, and gently run a smooth-bladed knife around the edges if they needed a little extra help to pop out.
