Here are our top tips for making mayo!
- Keep all ingredients at room temperature for the best results.
- Practice patience when adding your oil to the mixture. Slowly does it!
- If your mayonnaise does not thicken – don’t throw it out! Rescue your mix by adding 1 egg to a clean Thermomix bowl. Whisk 1 egg 1 min 30 sec/ speed 4 while very slowly pouring reserved mayonnaise mixture into mixing bowl in a thin stream to emulsify.
