Keep watching to discover how to take your mayo to the next level with a chipotle chilli flavoured mayonnaise. The result in sweet, smoky, tangy and just a little bit spicy.

Here are our top tips for making mayo!

  1. Keep all ingredients at room temperature for the best results.
  2. Practice patience when adding your oil to the mixture. Slowly does it!
  3. If your mayonnaise does not thicken – don’t throw it out! Rescue your mix by adding 1 egg to a clean Thermomix bowl. Whisk 1 egg 1 min 30 sec/ speed 4 while very slowly pouring reserved mayonnaise mixture into mixing bowl in a thin stream to emulsify.
