Made from heavy weight food-grade carbon steel, with our signature Thermomix Rose Gold non-toxic non-stick surface, the oven tray evenly distributes the heat for a perfect bake all round. No cookie left undercooked. No one side overdone on your tray. It’s the Rose Gold-ilocks of oven trays. Just right!

They’re oven safe to 230°C, fridge safe, freezer safe and available in three sizes. The baby bear (our small oven tray) is just the right size for steaming fish, chicken, veg or omelette in your Thermomix Varoma too.

Our Thermomix Rose Gold oven trays aren’t suitable for your dishwasher, but our quality non-stick coating makes them super easy to clean. We recommend washing with a mild soap in warm water with a soft cloth, wiping dry with a tea towel and storing your oven tray upside down. Soak in warm water to loosen stuck on food and slice and serve using wooden or silicone utensils. To protect the non-stick surface, avoid using metal utensils or knives, harsh and abrasive cloths and cleaners or highly alkaline detergents. Some surface discolouration may occur with use over time, but this doesn’t affect the integrity of the surface.

Big tray

I was looking forward to refreshing my bakeware and so when I unboxed this big beauty I was satisfied with the weight and feel. It felt like quality.

We used it for a roast for the first time last weekend and I have to say, I was disappointed. It was a tight squeeze to slide it in and then it warped in the oven. It has returned to it’s regular shape now that it has cooled, but I wonder if it will bend out of shape every time?
