Not as great as hoped!
It's a nice brush with wooden handle, however it keeps losing its bristles when I baste things, particularly sticky bastes.

Bristles fall out
Disappointed, as bristles started falling out on first use. It’s difficult to find a good pastry brush these days where this doesn’t happen! The alternatives are silicone brushes, but they don't have the same feel as a bristle brush, which is why I was hoping that this thermomix brush would be different.
