Machine is heavier than I anticipated but easy to use. Changing heads is also easy. Does a good job on the carpets and the washing function works really well

so easy to use does a great job
I purchased the VK7 at the Brisbane Homeshow on the strength of the pet hair and scrubbing/vacuum. Both do a fairly good job. The pet hair head is particularly good on flat surfaces and make short work of things. However, the 'corners' feature for getting into tight spots is not particularly effective.
The mopping head is quick and thorough, and I very much enjoy the time saved by not needing to sweep, vacuum and then mop anymore. The floors look and feel great and the small bottle of detergent that came with the unit does a good job.
Two points that would make this a 5-star review.
1. The battery life is somewhat disappointing; I had expected much more than the 20 minutes I got out of a full charge.
2. It would be wonderful if a stand was developed to store all the tools and accessories that come with the machine. It's a shame that such a luxe machine does not come with a well thought out, space saving stand that is practical and attractive and possibly doubles as a charging station.
unfortunately i was never shown properly how to use each peace, i feel i'm like a blind leading a blind when trying to make proper use of it
