Green monster fingers (Weet-Bix recipe)
1.  Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray (30 x 40 cm) and set aside. 
2.  Place cheese into mixing bowl and grate 5 sec/speed 7. 
3.  Add broccoli, Weet-Bix and eggs, then mix 10 sec/reverse/speed 5, or until mixture forms a breadcrumb consistency. 
4.  Using damp hands, roll 1 tbsp of the broccoli mixture into a 'finger' shape and place on prepared baking tray. Repeat with remaining mixture to make approx. 18-20 pieces. 
5.  Bake monster fingers for 20 minutes (200°C) until firm and just golden on top. Serve with tomato passata or your favourite sauce for dipping.
