When we finally found the wooden cutting board that made the cut and earned the title of ‘Thermomix Cutting Board’, we just added one finishing touch to make it even easier for you to use with your Thermomix.
We had it custom cut to fit the Thermomix Bowl, so you can secure your bowl in the semi-circle slot underneath with one hand and effortlessly slide your ingredients from the Thermomix Chopping Board with no fuss or mess.
It’s made from quality hardwood beechwood - the ‘Goldilocks’ of wooden cutting boards.
It’s not too hard and takes good care of your knives, so they won’t dull with use.
It’s not too soft. A closed-grained chopping board, with excellent resistance to scratches, liquids, bacteria and other germs, due to its small pores.
It’s food safe. Sourced from a tree that produces edible nuts and made with non-toxic glues, so there are no nasties to leach out into your food.
It’s just the right size and weight. Solid and sturdy, but not too bulky or heavy, so you can easily slide it to the edge of your countertop to scoop your chopped ingredients into your Thermomix bowl.
And like a fine wine, beechwood improves with age, turning from creamy, soft pink to a gorgeous rich red color. We’ve also included a free care guide to cleaning, oiling and keeping your Thermomix Cutting Board looking and cutting its best.

With a little care, your wooden Thermomix Chopping board will look beautiful and chop perfectly for many years to come.
Before first use, and every couple of months, we recommended oiling it with an odourless oil such as grapeseed, to seal the wood and prevent the wood from cracking. We’ve included a handy step-by-step guide on how to clean and oil your wooden chopping board.
Cleaning your cutting board is easy too. After each use, simply wet a cloth with warm, soapy water, give your board a scrub and let it stand on its side to allow all surfaces to dry out completely. Never soak your Thermomix Chopping Board in water, or wash it in the dishwasher, as this may cause the wood to crack or warp.
