Funny, I thought it was a host reward, but was then charged, without being told this was the case. When I rang and addressed it with Thermomix, they made no effort in making it right. My consultant offered to pay me for the cost I paid for this 'host reward' but I did not feel that she should be out of pocket. I have had issues with other items I bought, either damaged or missing all together, and still months later trying to sort things on those items. Very disappointing. The product itself is good, I just wish I could say the same about the service.
