Used it twice with same result- indefinite pattern and open structure on house. Also some stuck to mould. Tried first one to cool for suggested time. Second one less time but same result. Used recipe provided but with gluten free flour- is this the issue?
Thanks for your feedback Jackson and sorry you didn't have much luck with your Gingerbread House. Using gluten-free flour might have affected the texture of the dough so could have caused different results. Next time I would try using this recipe - https://cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r118210. It is gluten-free and should work with the gingerbread mould. Hope that helps!
