The Rewards with Thermomix® promotion is an exclusive promotion available to all customers in New Zealand, which gives you access to rewards and offers via TheMix Shop (TMS) New Zealand, our online kitchen marketplace for genuine Thermomix parts and accessories, as well as a whole range of premium kitchen and home products.

The Rewards with Thermomix® promotion will run from 2pm Tuesday 3 October 2023 to 11:59pm Tuesday 9 January 2024.

The promotion is open to all customers in New Zealand. The promotion is not available to consultants.

Customers can join the promotion by visiting our website www.thermomix.co.nz/rewards , and signing up, or logging into your existing TheMix Shop account, and opting in to the Promotion via the Rewards with Thermomix® tab. 

You will also have the option to opt into the promotion when you attend or host a Cooking Experience and complete the Cooking Experience Check-In Form, or when you complete the First Cook Experience Survey, which you will receive via SMS when you complete your First Cook Experience with a Consultant. 

To join the promotion, you need to provide your first name, last name, mobile and email address. If you already have an existing TheMix Shop account, make sure you use the same email address to join the promotion.

The promotion is only available to individuals.

Yes, you can opt out of the promotion at any time by logging in to your account, navigating to the Rewards with Thermomix® tab and clicking the button at the bottom of the page to opt out. Please note that this action will permanently delete any points you have accrued, and this cannot be reversed. Any active vouchers you have will remain valid until their expiry date.  

Note this will not opt you out of marketing emails. To opt out of emails, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email from us.

Simply make a purchase of eligible products via TheMix Shop to earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. Make sure you are logged in to your TheMix Shop account and that you are opted into the Rewards with Thermomix® promotion at the time of purchase, so that your transaction is captured as part of the promotion.

Points will be allocated for eligible products once the transaction has been completed. From time to time there may be delays of up to 24hrs in allocating points, especially during high sales activity periods.

You may have the opportunity to earn bonus points from time to time, and we will let you know the details of any such exclusive offers via email.

Points earned during the promotion are valid until the end of the promotion period, which is 9January 2024 (11:59pm AWST). Any points not converted to a $15 voucher at the end of the promotion will be automatically expired.

No, your $15 vouchers are automatically issued each time you reach 130 points.  

Note that only one (1) $15 voucher will be issued at a time. if you collect enough points to earn multiple $15 vouchers (e.g., 230+ points), any subsequent voucher/s will be held until the initial voucher has been redeemed or expired.

You will receive your vouchers or offers via email to the email address supplied in your TheMix Shop account. You can also access your voucher/s anytime by logging in to your TheMix Shop account and referring to the ‘Rewards with Thermomix®’ tab, via the navigation menu on the left.

The $15 vouchers (including your Welcome Gift Voucher) is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. It will expire at 11:59pm NZDT on day 90.

To redeem your voucher, simply enter the voucher code into the “Gift card or discount code” field when you checkout at The Mix Shop. Note you can only redeem one (1) voucher per transaction. 

Voucher cannot be redeemed on Thermomix® TM6, Host Rewards, Gift Cards, Cooking Classes, Limited Time Offer (LTO) products, Kobold VK7 Vacuum and Mop Set, Kobold VK7 Complete Cleaning System and Consultant items. 

Vouchers are only available to the account owner.

You can only redeem one voucher per transaction, so you cannot combine vouchers.

Vouchers are non-transferrable for cash or any other product.

Your voucher can be redeemed to pay for the whole, or part of any purchase. Vouchers are single use and cannot be used across multiple transactions. Any unused amount remaining on your voucher will be forfeited, if not redeemed in full. 

Yes, if you are not logged in, you will not earn any points for your transaction and will not receive free standard shipping on your TheMix Shop order.

The promotion will end on Tuesday 9 January 2024 at 11:59pm NZDT

If you have any active vouchers, these will remain active until the expiry date listed on the voucher, and you will be able to redeem them as you please on TheMix Shop. 

Any points that are not converted to a $15 voucher and remain on your account at the end of the promotion will be automatically expired at 11:59pm NZDT on Tuesday 9 January 2024.

If the points earned on the purchase take your points balance to 130 points or more, you will be issued a $15 voucher. Any points that are not converted to a $15 voucher and remain on your account at the end of the promotion will be automatically expired at 11:59pm NZDT on 9 January 2024.
