This little insulated food dish is a big help in the Thermomix Recipe Development kitchen. We especially love using our Thermomix® Server Mini 0.5L for keeping sauces and small side dishes warm, keeping dips cool on the table, or soaking legumes overnight. At home, the Thermomix® Server Mini 0.5L is super handy for keeping individual serves warm on those days when you’re flat-out busy. Or the occasions when your partner had to work late and the last thing they want after a long day are microwaved leftovers.

The double-walled stainless-steel insulated food dish also doubles as cute little ice bowl for serving cool summer drinks, or for keeping salads, sorbet and ice cream cold. Your Thermomix® Server Mini 0.5L bowl can go straight in your dishwasher, or wash it by hand with a soft cloth and dishwashing liquid. Not suitable for use in the microwave, on the stove top in the oven. Avoid using any harsh abrasive products.

Smaller than expected
I love the thermo servers as they keep your food hot without using energy (good for the environment and the bank balance). I did think this mini thermo server would be bigger but I have found many uses for it already. For example, it is the perfect size for a serve of marinated cooked tofu.
