Herb stripper
Fantastic I love and use it every day
We’ve got a lot of love for this little kale and herb stripping tool that cuts the fiddliest of jobs to a fraction of the time. With nine hole sizes (others we tested only had four), our herb stripper can strip thyme leaves, rosemary, oregano, tarragon, coriander (or cilantro, as our US friends call it) and even chard, kale and leafy greens in seconds. No more painstakingly picking or ripping off every little leaf by hand!
Made of durable, food-safe stainless steel, it’s ergonomically designed and fits comfortably in your hand, with a rubber blade protector over the chopping blade that doubles as a gripper, making the herb stripper easy and safe to use.
Strip herbs and greens straight onto your chopping board or directly into your Thermomix mixing bowl. Simply thread the woody stem of your sprig through one of the nine holes – smallest to strip thyme and largest for kale – pull through and your leaves will be ready to chop, add whole to a recipe or blend into your green smoothie.
And while that grippy cover sits firmly in place, it’s easy to remove to pop your herb stripper in the top drawer of your dishwasher for easy cleaning, or to use the integrated blade for chopping leaves and soft stems or dicing small veggies like garlic and chilli.

Easy to use
Slick, quick, great for Herb stripping.
It doesn’t work. I am either using it incorrectly or it’s a waste of time. Easier and quicker yo pick off the leaves
Hi Annette, thank you for your review. Our herb stripper can take a bit of getting used to but once you do, it should make stripping your herbs so much easier. It makes a big difference what sized hole you use for each herb. We recommend the following;
13mm and 15mm for stripping chard and larger leafy greens
10mm and 12mm for stripping kale and leafy greens
5mm and 7mm for stripping parsley, coriander and small greens
3mm and 4mm for stripping thyme, oregano and tarragon
We hope this helps.
Works great.
