Our Rose Gold Butter Knife, curler, grater and spreader is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. But to keep it looking, cutting, curling and spreading its best, we recommend handwashing with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth (avoiding harsh, high-alkaline detergents, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing pads) and hand drying with a tea towel.

Hi Pauline, thank you for your review. When using our rose gold butter knife, it is best used for butter that is cold and not at room temperature.
