A quick wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water is the best way to clean your Thermomix® Baking Mat. Avoid using abrasive scrapers or brushes. It’s also not suitable for use in dishwashers, gas ovens, under an open grill, directly on the bottom of the oven or on or under a direct heat source. Never cut on the mat and always store your baking mat rolled, not folded.

Compact, versatile and easy to clean
I've never actually used a mat like this but it has been so great to have! Ive made pizza dough and gingerbread men so far and it's a great size to work on, the rings are handy to have to judge size, its super easy to wipe clean and roll away for easy storage. Love it!
