Creating something incredible? Give us a mention @thermomixnz
For maximum wow factor, go large in Texan-style with our rose gold extra-large muffin tray. Whip up a weekend breakfast treat or mid-morning snack for the fam. Take morning or afternoon tea to the next level for your work colleagues and party guests. Go bigger and better any time you’re asked to bring a plate. And save money on those expensive gourmet indulgences to go with your morning coffee.
Made from heavy-gauge carbon steel for even heat distribution and coated with our gorgeous signature rose gold non-stick surface, our extra-large muffin tray turns out consistent restaurant-quality super-sized bakes.
And why stop at jumbo muffins and giant cupcakes, when those six super-sized cups in your tray are perfectly portioned for individual crustless quiches, meatloaves, nut roasts or even lasagnes? Oh, and did we mention it’s fridge and freezer safe and ideal for chilled and frozen desserts too?
Make it your next addition to your Thermomix rose gold bakeware collection.
Like all Thermomix rose gold baking trays, our extra-large Texan muffin tray is dishwasher safe. But we recommend handwashing in mild soapy water with a soft cloth, wiping dry with a tea towel and storing upside down to keep your muffin tray looking its best.
Soak in warm water to loosen any stuck-on food and avoid using metal utensils or knives, abrasive cloths and cleaners, or highly alkaline detergents. Surface discolouration may occur with use over time, but this doesn’t affect the integrity of the baking surface or results.

Baked beautiful and easy to remove both sweet and savoury bakes. Looking forward to trying out more recipes
So versatile, great for baking muffins to mini pies!
Haven’t used it yet.
The muffins tend to stick to the muffin trary.
Thanks for your feedback. Although this muffin tray has a non-stick coating, for extra sticky batter, I would add a thin layer of oil to ensure your muffins slide out easily. I hope that helps.
